being domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01 Jan 1980 to 31 Dec 1989. Attested copy of domicile certificate must be enclosed with the application form.
- The crucial date for determining age limit shall be the last date of receipt of application form.
- The above mentioned vacancies are at point No. 47 to 49 of cycle XXV and at point No. 23 to 24 of cycle XXVI and hence the same have not been reserved for persons with disabilities.
In case applications are reed in large Nos, then the Competent Authority reserves the right to select the criteria for short listing the candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the examination for essential qualification.
Photocopy of the following documents/ certificates to be attached along with application form duly attested by the Gazetted Officer.
- Matriculation certificate/ Municipality Birth Certificate in support for date of Birth.
- Mark Sheet of the educational qualification mentioned against the post applied.
- Other Backward Class Certificate (OBC) (Non Creamy Layer)
- Scheduled Caste (SC) Certificate
- Technical Educational Certificate.
- Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-Serviceman
- No Objection Certificate in original from the present employer in case of Government servant.
- Original certificates should not be sent with the application form. These should be produced only at the time of written and practical test.
- Posts mentioned above are subject to All India Service Liability and Field Service Liability Rules.
- Candidates will fwd applications properly sealed in an envelope to the address mentioned above (i.e Commanding Officer 7015 EME Bn, C/o 55 APO) Candidates will write in bold letters on the envelope for which post they have applied.
- Candidates will enclose a self addressed envelope with Rs. 5/- stamp affixed on it along with application form.
- The administration will not be responsible for the late receipt of application due to postal delay or any other reasons.
- Candidates, whose application forms are found correct in all respects will be called up for written and practical test.
- Incomplete/ illegible/ ineligible applications will be deemed invalid and rejected without intimation to the candidates. Only eligible candidates will be called up for written and practical test.
- Merely fulfilling the basic selection criteria doest not automatically entitle a person to be called for written and practical test.
- Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate. No Enquiry or correspondence will be entertained.
- Syllabus for written test will be as per essential qualification mentioned against each post.
- The decision of the appointing authority regarding selection/ rejection will be final.
- The recruitment process can be cancelled/ postponed / suspended/ terminated without any prior notice/ assigning any reasons at any stage.
- Employer has the right to cancel or modify this notification without assigning any reason thereof.
- No TA/DA is admissible. Duration of written and practical test can be of 1 to 2 days. Candidates will make their own arrangement for lodging/ boarding during written and practical test.
