MISSION DIRECTOR NATIONAL HEALTH MISSION HIRING OF RMNCH+A Consultants.
Applications are invited regarding hiring the services of RMNCH+A Consultants on contractual basis under National Health Mission, J&K against the vacant posts in District Kupwara & Bandipora.
The candidates should submit application form along with the self attested photo copies of the documents mentioned under terms & conditions by or before 30th November 2016 at Kashmir Division Office, Chanapora, Srinagar.
These posts are purely contractual and services shall be hired initially up to 31th March, 2017 and may be extended further on the basis of performance & continuation of the scheme.

Qualification/ Experience ::
Qualification:
Medical Graduate (MBBS/ AYUSH/ BDS) with Public Health background & computer proficiency.
Age:
Maximum age limit up to 45 years
Salary ::
Rs. 30,000 per month
Selection Criteria ::
a. MBBS/AYUSH/BDS-80 Points
b. Viva-voce – 20 points Note: Item (i) on Prorata basis.
Last Date ::
30th November 2016
List of documents to be attached with the application form: –
i. Date of Birth Certificate.
ii. Permanent Residence Certificate.
iii. Degree of the requisite qualification.
iv. Marks sheet of all the professional examinations
MCl/State Medical Council/ Dental Council/ CCIM/ State ISM Registration.
Documentary evidence of Public Health background.
Applications not falling in the prescribed criteria or without aforesaid documents shall be rejected outrightly.
