- The candidate whose recommendation has been kept withheld for the reason indicated against their respective name shall submit the requisite document within one month from the date of issuance of the list positively.
- The recommendations of the above mentioned candidates is subject to genuineness of all the academic / technical certificates viz-a-viz recognition of Institutions.
- The appointee shall report to the office of the undersigned within 21 days from the date of issuance of this Order with following certificates / documents:-
- Education / Technical Qualification / Marks sheets.
- Date of Birth / Matriculation Certificate.
- Permanent Resident Certificate.
- Age and Health Certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Chief Medical Officer.
- Reserved Category Certificate.
- No demand certificate from the concerned Distt. Employment Office/DIC.
In case of failure by the candidate to report for joining within stipulated period alongwith documents, the order shall be deemed to have been cancelled.
