Engagement of Contractual Lecturers for Academic Session -2017
Applications on the prescribed format, which can be downloaded from below , are invited for engagement of Contractual Lecturers in the following Departments/Campuses for the academic year 2017.
The candidates possessing NET/SET/ Ph.D. in the relevant subject/discipline with minimum of 55% marks at Post-graduate level are eligible to apply for the post.
How to apply
Application Forms complete in all respects and attached with relevant documents should be deposited in the offices of the concerned Deans of the Faculties at University Campus, Srinagar, by or before 1st March 2017:

However, desirable qualification in the following subjects shall be as under:
Law: Ph.D., LLM Disaster Management: MA/M.Sc.
Disaster Management/ Geography/ Environmental Science/ Geology.
Islamic Studies: Proficiency in Arabic, Comparative study of Religions, Muslim Philosophy and Ilmul Kalam, Islam and Orientalism, GE& OE course, Proficiency in Persian, Religious Sciences.
MBA: MBA with Finance / Marketing/HR/ Tourism/IT and IMBA;MCA/ M.Sc. IT;MFC/MBA(Finance)
Chemistry: Organic/ Physical Chemistry. Further, in continuation of the notice issued on 18.02.2017 please read as follow regarding the basic qualifications:
For IT: M.Sc.(IT) with NET/SET/Ph.D or MCA with NET/SET/Ph.D. or B.E./ B.Tech.(Computer Science, Engineering, Information technology) with M.E./M.Tech.(Computer Science, Engineering, Information technology)
For Bio-resource: M.Sc. Zoology/ Botany/Biotechnology/Bio-resources with Specialization in Entomology, Animal Resources, Animal Cell and Tissue Technology, Immunology, Bio-informatics.
Pharmaceutical Sciences: M.Pharma with minimum 55%.
