The Bank of Baroda Probationary Officer’s exam is going to held on the 27th May 2017. The Admit Cards for the same will be out on the 12th of May 2017. Bank of Baroda – Selection Procedure
Bank of Baroda selects its Probationary Officers through an Objective & Descriptive Test first. The Exam Pattern for the Objective & Descriptive Test is provided above.
After clearing the descriptive test, you will have to appear for the following 3 tests:
- Psychometric Assessment
- Group Discussion
- Personal Interview
Once you are selected through all these examinations, you will be admitted to the Bank of Baroda Manipal School of Banking where you will have to go through a 9 month long course. The name of the course is Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance or PGDBF. After this, you will go through a 3 month – WIP or Work Integrated Training (i.e. On The Job Training)
