Trans-border mela celebrated in the memory of great Saint Baba Dilip Singh Manhas known as Baba Chamliyal.
Shrine located just 40 Kms from Jammu and 12 kms from Vijyapur (Samba)
Unique event on the international border celebrated by both India and Pakistan.
The Sharbat and Shakkar in the Shrine is used for cure of skin diseases
