Eligibility / Qualification

The minimum qualification are a graduate degree with good communication skills & passion for helping women in distress. Applicants must be fluent in English Hindustani (Hindi/ Urdu) & Kashmiri. Knowledge of Ladakhi, Dogri, Gujjar is an added advantage.

The Salary will depend on passion, experience, aptitude & qualification. The salary will range from roughly Rs. 12,000 pm to Rs. 35,000 pm plus EPF, ESI contributions as per law.
