The interview of shortlisted candidates of District/ Project Level of District Srinagar mentioned in Annexure “A”, “B”, “C” &”D” who have applied for the contractual posts under ICDS (Health and Nutrition Mobilized advertised under
Advertisement notice No:- 02-SMD of 2016
Dated:- 23-09-2016 shall be held on 11th of November, 2017 at 11. AM (Friday) in the office District Social Welfare Office Srinagar, Ground Floor Block C Old Secretariat Srinagar.

1 – The verification of original testimonials/ documents shall be done on the day
of interview.
2- The list of short listed candidates indicated at Annexure “A” and is devised strictly according to the criteria mentioned in the above said notification.
3- Any individual having any objection can file it within (05) days of publication of notification, in writing in the office of Deputy Director, ICDS Kashmir.
4- In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility etc. proved at the time of interview, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview, or if any deficiency is found subsequently the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as not eligible.
5- The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates/testimonials as asked for vide above referred advertisement notification before selection committee at the time of interview. The candidate who fails to produce cer-tificate/testimonials may forfeit their candidature.
6- Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated/tam-pered documents/testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material information shall render him/her liable for criminal prosecution under law any may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all recruitment made by the District /Project Level. Also can-vassing/lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate.
7- No. T.A. /D.A shall be paid for participation in the interview.
8- No separate call letter shall be issued to the candidate(s)
9- If a candidate fails to appear in the interview on the specified date of interview no further claim shall be entertain in this regard.
10- Mobile phone shall not be allowed in the office premises.
