In its efforts to counter the rumours, any false and fabricated information on social networking sites, police has informed the people to call Police Control Room on 100 to get the factual information.

“ It has been observed that some romor mongers shared incorrect and false information on social media sites such as facebook, twitter and whatsapp which created panic in the public. To keep a check on such such elements and also on the false, incorrect and fabricated information shared or posted by the romor mongers on social media sites or whatsapp groups, people can get
