PM Modi visit J&K today
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Super- specialty Hospital at Katra and also address the fifth convocation of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University ( SMVDU) in the area, on Tuesday.
According to a SMVDU spokesperson, after reaching Katra at around 9: 30 am, the Prime Minister will dedicate the 230- beded Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspecialty Hospital at Kakryal Katra to the general public and after about half an hour, he will reach the varsity to address its convocation.
The hospital has been set up by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board at a cost of Rs 300 crore.
After leaving the varsity at around 11:25 am, the Prime Minister, according to varsity handout, will dedicate a Sports Complex to the public which has been built by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) at a cost of Rs 11 crore. After the inauguration of the Sports Complex behind the SMVD University, the Prime Minister will address a public meeting in the town
