JKDFC invites the application for Company Secretary and Assistant Manager Project Finance. Interested candidates
should be born between 1st, May 1979 and 30th April, 1998. Company Secretary (One Post)
Pay Scale Rs 24,900 – 50,500
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Fellow of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with five years post qualification experience of having worked as Secretary in an organization of repute. Candidates with an added qualification in Law. Personnel Management or Finance will be preferred.
Assistant Manager Project Finance -AMF (One Post) –
Pay Scale (Rs) 20,600 – 46,500
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Professional qualification like M.B.A (Finance), CA, I.C.W.A., C.F.A.I. from a reputed/ Recognized Institute/ University. The Candidates with experience in the field of Project Financing will be preferred.

•In service candidates in Govt./PSUs/CPSEs shall apply through proper channel.
